     Hey Don, we just want you to know we are VERY APPRECIATIVE of all the work you have done
this week in our behalf. We have tried in the past to find out from the county what we could do to receive permits, but obviously did not go about it the proper way. This sale has probably become a little more
than you anticipated and I'm sorry if you felt we were not appreciative or going about things too slowly.
We are very eager to do whatever needs to be done. I am getting the release of life estate, fulfillment of
deed, and title transfer paperwork in order and ready for my grandmother to have notarized tomorrow.
They will be ready to go for Monday when Leonel and yourself go to the county.

     Thank you again for all the extra help. We look forward to working with you to find our new home and hopefully we will be celebrating a sale on this property soon! We will definitely recommend you to our
friends and family if they ever need an excellent agent!
