Are you an honest and experienced real
estate agent or broker with at least two years in the business
and a minimum of 10 closed transactions? Want to save money on
fees to "hang your hat" or license with a Licensed Brokerage? If
so, you are welcome to apply to be a member of our close knit
group as a sales associate or independent agent.

Although involved in various part of the
real estate industry for over 30 years, we began as investors
and then property owner/managers for rental income properties.
We moved on to also provide retail services for buyers and
sellers, as an agent and then Associate Broker at a John L.
Scott Agency franchise. Following that we decided to open a new
Brokerage of our own at the start of 2008. We are not rushing to
bring on new agents and would rather have only a few choice
agent who we can trust and who can in turn trust us, as a family
type operation, to look out for one another and so in turn..,
give every client the absolute best care and service possible
with pride and dignity.

Filing & Records. All files for each transaction must be kept at
our home office where the Brokerage is Licensed as required by
State Law, you should keep a copy for your records.

Office Location. Our office is licensed
and operated from our own home Estate on
5 acres in the Parkland/Midland area of Tacoma, with lots of
parking and open daily from 9am-5pm with few exceptions. If you
would like to drop by or visit, that's great but its asked that you call first.

Legal Requirements. You must be responsible for keeping up with
current real estate and related laws and trends, mortgage rates
and property values. You must also keep your clock hours up to date, as
required by State Law. Most of all be Honest with high
integrity.

Experienced Agents. We are only looking
for experienced agents at
this time due to scheduling,
time and training constraints, but we will consider all applicants.

Home Loans. Get advertising co-op
assistance. Our son Ben Leske
is a Home Loan Lender with PC Bank, where we can obtain great
deals on loans for our clients plus dependable and honest
service. We also refer clients to other lenders, so you are not
bound by this.

Rental Management income*. You may manage rental
properties if you own them, however to manage properties owned
by other people is a liability issue that we prefer to deal with
personally. We offer our property management services to your
clients or contacts with a residual and ongoing monthly commission/fee paid to you
for bringing them to us, even if you are no longer associated
with us at a later date. In fact, we offer that Referral Fee
to any Licensed Agent in the USA for properties referred to us
that are within our market. We charge clients a 10% industry
standard rate normally, but there are some exceptions, and give
you 25% back of our basic fee, each month that rent is paid.
