 Finally, got back to the newsletter. I joined ActiveRain.com ..., should be fun and a good source of ideas and contacts.

I look forward to this being a good year in general for real estate, unless everyone plans on giving up this year.... people still need to eat and they need a place to live. Maybe they don't need a car so bad as they thought until they have nothing to eat or no place to call home. The population has continued to grow, in fact I haven't seen our US population slow down at all... it just keeps growing. Yes, sales are slow right now and there are a lot of people this year who will suffer losses due to financial burdens and hardships related to mortgage payments. I do believe that there are ways out for many people that are just afraid to try..., or they just don't know about these options. Here are just a few:

If you are behind on your home payments or see that you will no longer be able to pay for your home for any reason, you may be able to avoid Foreclosure by several means. Here are just a few options:

  1. REFINANCE

  2. SELL for cash.

  3. LIST your home with us to sell for you. We are Licensed Agents and I am also an Associate Broker in my office. I am sure you are aware by now that the market is not good for selling at this time, however you will NOT pay us a fee unless we sell your home!  4. RENTING your home,
which could help to make the payments until the market is better for sellers. I own several rentals myself, its a good option for some.

5. LEGAL ADVICE, You can discuss your Legal options with my own personal Attorney, at NO COST to you for his advice. He can STOP ALL FORECLOSURE proceedings fast. 6. SELL IN 5 DAYS AT AUCTION - this is a fairly new option, but it has been used more often now that this is a buyers market. When the market changes back to a sellers market we will see how it works then.
